How can I place an order?

We accept orders up to 6 weeks in advance. Please use our cake order form to place orders; we do not accept orders via social media.

Wedding cake orders follow the same procedure as regular cakes.

I’ve submitted a cake order form. What’s next?

We'll reply within 1-2 business days. Due to high demand, we may not be able to accept every order. If we can fulfil your request, you'll receive a price quote via email. Once confirmed, an invoice will be sent and must be paid within 48 hours to secure your order. Be sure to check your spam folder for our email.

How far in advance can I order?

We take orders month to month. You can check availability on the calendar on our order form page.

Delivery & Collection

Delivery is available for tiered cakes only.

You can collect your orders on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Thursday pick-up: 9am - 10:30 am, 4:30pm-6:30pm

Friday pick-up: 9am - 10:30 am, 4:30pm-6:30pm

Saturday pick-up: 9am-12pm

Payment & Policies

We accept bank transfers. Payments are due within 48 hours of order confirmation. Unpaid invoices will result in a canceled order.

What type of cakes do you make?

We specialize in vintage, romantic, and rustic cakes.

We don't offer fondant cakes.

We only make full-sized cakes. Cupcakes, macarons, and bento cakes are available only during holidays and flash sales.

What frosting do you use?

Our cakes are decorated with Swiss meringue buttercream or white chocolate ganache.

Can you make this exact cake?

We don't replicate other artists' cakes exactly. Inspiration pictures will be used as a reference, but the cake will be decorated in our unique style.

Can I order a bento cake?

We no longer make custom bento cakes. However, we may offer them during holidays or flash sales, so subscribe to our newsletter or stay tuned to our Instagram!
